Amor en Flor
Terms and Conditions
These conditions govern the purchase of products and the booking of services through www.amorenflor.art, in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE), Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions and the Catalan Consumer Code (Law 22/2010). The seller is AMOR EN FLOR, S.L., with the details set out in the Legal Notice.
Products
Our flowers are a natural, seasonal product. Photographs are indicative: each bouquet is unique and may vary slightly in colour, shape or size. If a flower is unavailable, we will replace it with another of equal or greater quality and value, respecting the style and colour range of the chosen design.
Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm the order. The applicable price is the one in force when the order is placed.
Orders
The contract is formed when you receive the order confirmation email. We recommend placing orders at least 24 hours in advance; on peak dates (Valentine’s Day, Sant Jordi, Mother’s Day, Christmas) availability may be limited. The language of the contract may be Spanish, Catalan, English or Russian. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the Spanish version shall prevail.
Payment
We accept card payment and the other methods shown in the checkout process. Payments are processed by secure providers. We issue an invoice or receipt for every purchase.
Deliveries
- Delivery area: Barcelona city and surroundings.
- Delivery hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00; Saturdays and Sundays, 11:00 to 19:00.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct address, name and telephone number for the recipient.
- If the recipient is not in, we will try to contact them and, where possible, leave the order with a neighbour or concierge, or arrange a new delivery, which may incur an additional cost.
- We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or the recipient’s absence.
- You may also collect your order at our boutique at Av. de Josep Tarradellas, 126, Bajo 3, 08029 Barcelona.
Workshops
Places are limited and are confirmed after payment. All materials are included unless otherwise stated. Workshop cancellation conditions are set out in our Refund Policy. Minors must attend with a responsible adult, unless the workshop states otherwise.
Weddings and events
Wedding and event commissions are governed by a quotation and specific conditions agreed in writing with each client.
Warranty and liability
All products carry the legal warranties provided under consumer law. As flowers are perishable, their lasting quality depends on care; we provide care instructions with each order. Nothing in these conditions limits the rights that the law grants to consumers.
Complaints
You may send any complaint to amorenflor@outlook.es or request an official complaint form (full oficial de reclamació/denúncia) at our boutique. We will reply within a maximum of one month. If you are not satisfied, you may go to the Agència Catalana del Consum or the consumer arbitration system.
Governing law
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
