Privacy Policy
At Amor En Flor we handle your personal data with care and transparency, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

What data we collect
- Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, phone number.
- Delivery data: recipient's name and address, card message, delivery date and time slot.
- Order and billing data: products, amounts and, where applicable, tax ID for invoices.
- Workshop booking data: name, contact details and number of attendees.
- Browsing data: IP address and cookies, as described in our Cookie Policy.
We do not store your full card details: payments are processed by secure payment providers.

Third-party data (gift recipients)
If you give us another person's details for a delivery, you confirm that you have their permission or a legitimate reason to do so. We will only use that data to make the delivery.
Retention
We keep your data for as long as our commercial relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the periods required by law (for example, six years for accounting records under the Spanish Commercial Code). Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw your consent.
Recipients
We never sell your data. We only share it where necessary to provide our service or where required by law, with:
- Payment providers (for example, SumUp or the online shop's payment gateway).
- Courier services and delivery platforms, solely to complete the delivery.
- Our web hosting and online shop platform provider.
- Our accounting and tax advisers.
- Public authorities, where required by law.
These providers act as data processors under contracts that protect your data. If any of them processes data outside the European Economic Area, they will do so with the appropriate safeguards set out in the GDPR (such as adequacy decisions or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to amorenflor@outlook.es or to our postal address, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Minors
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 14 without the consent of their parents or guardians. Workshop bookings for minors must be made by a responsible adult.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse or unauthorised access.
