Refund Policy

Fresh flowers and arrangements

Under Article 103 TRLGDCU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that may deteriorate or expire rapidly, such as fresh flowers and cut plants, nor to customised products (for example bespoke bouquets or cards with a message).

If your order arrives damaged, in poor condition or does not match what was ordered:

1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery at amorenflor@outlook.es or by WhatsApp on +34 663 266 044.
2. Send us photos of the bouquet and the packaging.
3. We will offer replacement of the product or a full or partial refund, as appropriate.

Natural variations in colour, shape or size, or substitutions of flowers of equal or greater value, are not considered defects.

Non-perishable products (vases, candles, gifts, accessories)

If you bought them online, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving a reason. To do so, write to us at amorenflor@outlook.es (you may use the withdrawal form below). The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in perfect condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Purchases made in the boutique do not have a legal right of withdrawal; even so, we may offer an exchange within 14 days with the purchase receipt and the product in perfect condition.

Defective products

Non-perishable products have the three-year legal conformity warranty. If you find a defect, contact us and we will offer repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law.

Order cancellation

Because we order flowers from our wholesalers in advance, you may cancel a flower order at no cost up to 72 hours before the delivery date. After that, a refund will not be possible. Wedding and event commissions are governed by their specific conditions.

Workshops

As these are leisure services for a specific date, the right of withdrawal does not apply (Art. 103.l TRLGDCU). Cancellation conditions:

• 14 days or more in advance: full refund or change to another date.
• Less than 14 days and up to 48 hours before: change to another date or a voucher for the amount paid, subject to availability.
• Less than 48 hours or if you do not attend: no refund, although you may transfer your place to another person if you let us know in advance.
• If Amor En Flor cancels a workshop, we will offer another date or a full refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be made by the same payment method used, within a maximum of 14 days from approval of the return or withdrawal (for returned products, we may wait until we receive them).
